The track welcomes papers on the role of organizations on social issues such as gender, language, and caste in India. It intends to explore the ethical systems, roles, corporate social functioning, and legitimacy of business organizations. It further expands the negative aspect such as corruption, de-legitimacy and corporate irresponsibility. Specifically, the track addresses individual, group and organizational factors towards social issues such as toleration, justice and multicultural societies.
